He began his sales career with Boole & Babbage, a pioneering company in enterprise management systems. He then joined Centura Software, helping lead the company to an acquisition by Compuware. As a senior sales leader at Compuware he was instrumental in leading the company to its successful IPO in 1992. Chip went on to hold additional executive leadership roles, including those at security software and service companies CyberSafe and Symantec where he was responsible for U.S. enterprise sales. Beginning in 2008 Chip was VP of Sales at BigFix, an endpoint security and systems management platform. Business success led to an acquisition by IBM in 2010. More recently Chip led engagements with Actiance, a social media security and compliance organization and AlertID, a start-up service devoted to public safety. Chip is a graduate of The Ohio State University.

She began her career in recruiting and consistently won awards for exceeding her customers expectations. A few of her many satisfied customers included IBM, Hewlett Packard and Exxon. After working her way in to leadership roles at agency icon Burdett Staffing, Jana joined BMC Software as Manager of Sales Recruiting. During a time of hyper-growth at the firm, she provided the fuel adding staff that spanned from Sr. VP level to sales trainees at a very fast rate. As an outstanding writer and researcher, she next led market research for The Ransford Group, where her content was in great demand. Jana has spent much of the last 10 years with a primary focus on raising her family and caring for her parents, but she continued to be a key contributor to the work and projects of Davis Sales Consulting. Jana grew up in west Texas and attended Texas Tech University.
